Product Introduction
| (1) Commonly used grades ① GR1 (TA1), GR2 (TA2) - Excellent corrosion resistance, used in chemical and marine equipment. ② Titanium alloy (high strength, high temperature resistance): ③ GR5 (TC4, Ti-6Al-4V) - The top choice for aviation and medical applications, with the best overall performance. ④ GR7 (Ti-0.2Pd), GR12 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni) - These have stronger corrosion resistance and are used in the chemical industry. ⑤Ti-6Al-4V ELI (ultra-low interstitial elements) - High biocompatibility, used for human implants. (2) Core Features Lightweight and high strength: density 4.5g/cm³ (only 60% of steel), tensile strength can reach 900MPa (GR5). 2) Corrosion resistance: Resistant to seawater, chloride ions, and organic acids, the service life of chemical equipment is much longer than that of stainless steel. 3) Biocompatibility: Medical titanium is non-toxic and non-magnetic, and can coexist with human tissues for a long time. 4) Resistance to extreme environments: Operating temperature range -250℃ to 600℃ (some alloys can reach up to 800℃ for short periods).
